The British Journalism Awards for public interest journalism will be held on December 10 at the Hilton Bankside in central London. With hundreds of journalists attending this important event it is a great opportunity to distribute flyers and engage with journalists championing Julian Assange’s freedom. Join the action!

13th December 2019, 8am Court Hearing Westminster Magistrates Court
On the 13 December, at 10:00 an Administrative case brief court hearing will take place at Westminster Magistrates Court, a mandatory requirement for persons on remand awaiting an extradition. It is important that WikiLeaks supporters attend court in the public gallery and stand witness to the proceedings. The seats are limited to 13 in the public gallery and so it is advisable to make an early start queuing at 8 am outside the building for the doors to open at 9 am go through security and queue again outside the Court room.
Please note that despite the first come first served system, it is up to the Court’s Clerks to show discretion regarding who they let in. It is therefore important to organise if possible in advance making up a list as soon as we arrive with people’s names and group they represent. There will be a contingency outside the court building with banners and posters for those who prefer to stand in solidarity outside the building and distribute flyers in support of Julian Assange.

Saturday 14th December 2019, 12:00 Protest, Trafalgar Square
Organised by @TrumanHuman join this protest in support of Julian Assange at a critical time in our political life when a new government will have just been elected. So much depend on the outcome of this election. Julian Assange’s fate is hanging on the balance of domestic and International politics so make sure you go out and vote on the 12th and then join the protest on Saturday to remind whoever has won the elections that Julian Assange does not belong in Belmarsh prison, he should be freed protected from US Extradition and compensated for the abuse he has suffered all these years. Bring your posters loudspeakers and flyers and get ready for action!

Friday 20th December 2019, 9:00 Protest outside Westminster Magistrates Court
The UK has finally accepted that a Spanish judge interrogates Julian Assange as a witness in the case of espionage to which he was subjected by a security company during his stay at the Embassy of Ecuador in London. The magistrate of the National Court José de la Mata will interrogate Julian Assange by videoconference on December 20th. Julian Assange will be transferred from Belmarsh Prison, in south-east London, to Westminster Magistrates Court to answer questions about the violation of the secret of communication between himself and his lawyers and the alleged delivery of those conversations to the US and the Central Intelligence Agency according to Spanish Daily El Pais.
We shall gather outside the Court in solidarity with Julian Assange and protest at his 9 year persecution by state actors for revealing through WikiLeaks publishing war crimes and corruption. Join us!
