14/8/20 – At Westminster Magistrates Court for the Julian Assange Administrative and Case Management hearing

Listen to Deepa Driver explaining in an interview with Consortium News what was witnessed inside the court room.

Whilst all that was going on inside the court, outside a group of supporters held banners, posters, chanted and discussed what is going on inside through following the live tweeting.

Some supporters distributed flyers to passers by and others encouraged passing traffic to beep their horns to free Assange, to the delight of supporters the response from the passing drivers was simply amazing!

John Shipton, Julian Assange’s father gave an update on the court events and the persecution of his son.

After the end of the court proceedings, some JADC members and supporters went to the Ministry of Justice to hand deliver an open letter to Lord Buckland concerning Chief Magistrate Emma Arbuthnot.
